- Consent — processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have given clear and informed consent and retain the right to withdraw it at any time.
06 Data Sharing & Third Parties
savabet does not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Payment processors — GCash, Maya, and partner banks receive the minimum data necessary to process your transactions securely;
- Identity verification providers — third-party KYC and AML service providers who verify your identity documents on our behalf, bound by strict data processing agreements;
- Regulatory authorities — PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, and other competent Philippine authorities, where required by law;
- Technology service providers — cloud hosting, analytics, and security vendors who process data on our behalf under binding data processing agreements that prohibit independent use of your data;
- Game content providers — limited technical data shared with game software providers solely for the purpose of delivering game content and resolving technical disputes;
- Legal proceedings — where disclosure is required by a valid court order, subpoena, or other legal process.

08 Data Retention
savabet retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following retention periods apply:
- Account and identity data — retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, as required by PAGCOR and AML regulations;
- Financial transaction records — retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
- Gaming history — retained for three (3) years after account closure for dispute resolution and regulatory audit purposes;
- Support communications — retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction;
- Marketing consent records — retained for the duration of your consent and for one (1) year after withdrawal of consent as evidence of compliance;
- Technical and usage data — retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely for platform improvement; identifiable technical data is deleted after twelve (12) months.
When personal data is no longer required, savabet securely deletes or anonymizes it in accordance with industry-standard data destruction practices.
09 Data Security
savabet implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the savabet Platform;
- Encryption at rest for all stored personal and financial data;
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) available for all player accounts;
- Role-based access controls ensuring savabet staff can only access data necessary for their specific job functions;
- Regular security audits and penetration testing by independent cybersecurity professionals;
- Intrusion detection systems and 24/7 security monitoring;

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, savabet will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, as required by RA 10173.

- Right to data portability — you may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
- Right to lodge a complaint — you have the right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe savabet has violated your data privacy rights.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer (see Section 14). savabet will respond to all verified data subject requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.
Some rights may be limited where savabet is required to retain data by law (e.g., AML and PAGCOR record-keeping obligations). In such cases, savabet will explain the specific legal basis for any limitation on your request.
11 Children's Privacy & Age Restriction
Strictly 21+ Only: The savabet Platform is not intended for, and does not knowingly collect personal data from, individuals under the age of 21. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations, access to casino-style gaming in the Philippines is restricted to persons aged 21 and above.
If savabet discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will immediately delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe a minor has registered on the savabet Platform, please contact our support team immediately so we can take appropriate action.
savabet employs age verification checks during the registration process and reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to confirm a player's age.

12 International Data Transfers
savabet primarily stores and processes your personal data within the Philippines. In limited circumstances, data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or game content suppliers with international operations.
Where such transfers occur, savabet ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, including:
- Binding data processing agreements that require overseas recipients to apply data protection standards equivalent to those required under RA 10173;
- Transfer only to countries or organizations recognized as providing adequate data protection;
